While our founding date is June 8th, last night NGAAP members and friends came together for the first time since the start of the pandemic to celebrate our 15th anniversary. Gratitude and friendship abounded.

We gathered at Skyline Terrace, a rooftop venue in Charlotte’s Historic West End. It is an outdoor venue that offers breathtaking, panoramic views of the city skyline and neighborhoods.

Thunderstorms and scattered rain were in the day’s forecast all week. For much of the afternoon, dark clouds loomed, threatening the “rain or shine” event. Fortunately, the rain clouds had miraculously disappeared by the start time of our gathering. A beautiful, rain-free event prevailed, and our joy lit up the sky.
